Thank you for choosing iLash Land Lash Studio & Supply. Please be sure. To read our policy BEFORE placing your order/scheduling your lash appointment.
LASH APPOINTMENTS
- All Appointment must be booked online.
-All appointments require a 30% non-refundable deposit that is credited towards your service.
Cancellation Policy
Here at iLash Land, we understand unforeseen events happen & you may need to cancel your appointment. We ask that you give us a 24 hr notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file 50% of the service booked. A new deposit will then be required for future appointments.
No Show
We reserve the right t charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows, you will not be able to book n appointment unless it’s paid in full at the time of booking. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
Late Policy
If you are running late to your appointment, we ask that you call to inform us. Otherwise, we will assume you will not be showing up & may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will try our best to make your lashes as full as desired, in the time allotted. Please know that you will still be charged the full price.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will try ur best to accommodate you if the time persist.. However, we reserve the right to apply the no show policy if time does not allow adequate servicing. Please keep in mind we do have other clients wanting services, but we will always try ur best to accommodate your session.
REFUNDS
iLash Land Studio & Supply has a strict NO REFUND policy. If there is any mishap or issue after a service please notify us within 48 hours to assist the issue. Any issue addressed after 48 hours will be considered a touch up and will be charged a touch up fee.

SHIPPING:
Please allow up to 3-7 business days for processing and 3-4 business days for shipping. Once you order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an updated email with your tracking number.
Please be advised that we are NOT responsible for any delays or wait times with shipping once package is out of our possession.
Please be sure that you’re inputting the correct information when placing your order (address, name, email). iLash Land will NOT be responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen packages. If you have any problems or concerns regarding your order once shipped, please contact USPS.
RETURN POLICY
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges as the product cannot be reased upon return.
