Shipping policy

  • Please allow up to 3-7 business days for processing and 3-4 business days for shipping. Once you order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an updated email with your tracking number. 
  • Please be advised that we are NOT responsible for any delays or wait times with shipping once package is out of our possession. 
  • Please be sure that you’re inputting the correct information when placing your order (address, name, email). iLash Land will NOT be responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen packages. If you have any problems or concerns regarding your order once shipped, please contact USPS. 
  • We currently do not offer returns or exchanges as the product cannot be reased upon return.iLash Land has the right to update/change/remove all information listed above. It is your job as the client, to read the policy thoroughly. We will not be responsible for any mishaps caused due to misunderstandings.
